Processing Time
All of our products are made to order, which means each item is created specifically for you after your purchase is placed.

- Processing times may be longer during holidays, peak seasons, or promotional events
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes:
- United States: 10–15 business days
Please note that shipping time estimates do not include processing time.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $70.
Shipping costs for orders under $70 will be calculated at checkout.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can monitor your package’s progress.
Multiple Items in One Order
Because some of our products are produced and shipped from different facilities, items ordered together may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier issues, or high shipping volume. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Magnolia Wild SC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors or your local carrier. If you still need assistance, contact us and we will do our best to help.
